As Logistics Manager, you’ll lead and optimise international transport operations while working closely with product and engineering teams on carrier integrations, workflow automation, and AI-based logistics solutions. You’ll manage both day-to-day execution and long-term operational strategy, helping shape how renewable energy logistics operates at scale.
Position: Logistics Manager
Your responsibilities:

Managing and scaling international logistics operations across Europe

Overseeing parcel, LTL, and FTL transport execution

Building and managing relationships with key logistics carriers and partners

Supervising customs and international shipping processes

Leading operational improvements and process optimization initiatives

Working closely with product and engineering teams on logistics automation

Supporting development of carrier integrations and logistics tooling
-
Monitoring operational KPIs, costs, and service quality
-
Managing and supervising the logistics team

Daily task delegation and operational coordination
-
Building operational structures and scaling logistics processes
-
Supporting development of internal logistics IT systems
-
Driving implementation of AI-based Agentic Logistics solutions

Supporting and mentoring logistics team members

Helping define the future logistics strategy of the company

Our requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Strong experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations

Experience with customs clearance and cross-border shipping

Experience managing teams and operational processes

Ability to manage complex logistics operations in a dynamic environment

Strong ownership mentality and leadership skills

Analytical and process-oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively with operational and technical teams
Nice to have:
