Position: Logistics Coordinator
Your responsibilities:

Coordinating international logistics orders across Europe

Daily communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers

Supporting shipment execution for parcel, LTL, and FTL transport
-
Monitoring deliveries and resolving operational issues
-
Cooperating with both buyers and sellers using the platform

Supporting customs clearance and cross-border shipping processes
-
Coordinating daily work of the logistics team

Delegating operational tasks and monitoring execution
-
Supporting development of internal logistics IT tools
-
Cooperating with product and engineering teams on operational improvements
-
Participating in development of AI-based Agentic Logistics solutions

Supporting supervision and organization of logistics operations

Our requirements:

Very good English communication skills

Experience in international freight forwarding or logistics

Understanding of customs and cross-border shipping processes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Nice to have:
