Position: Sales Operations Specialist
🎯What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing Offers & Smarter Pricing
- Platform Guardian: You’ll make sure our listings are always spot-on. No typos, no outdated info — just quality content.
- Customer Support: You’ll handle inquiries, chat with clients on the platform, and make sure everyone gets a timely, friendly response.
- Closing Deals: You’ll help prepare and adjust commercial offers to match what the client needs, making sure we turn leads into happy users.
- Pricing Strategy: You'll brainstorm with your lead to set prices that win customers based on real-time market feedback.
2. Supplier Relations & Price List Management
- Supplier Contact: You will be a key point of contact for our suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Price List Updates: You’ll be responsible for keeping our price lists 100% current, ensuring that any changes from suppliers are immediately reflected on the platform.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: You’ll help scout for new partners and talk to existing ones to secure the best pricing and delivery terms.
- Data Accuracy: You’ll manage purchase orders and keep our supplier database clean and organized.
🔎 What do you need to bring?
- Experience: We don't require years of professional experience—we will teach you the industry and the role! We value potential, energy, and a hunger to learn.
- Solid Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with the basics and beyond. We’re looking for someone who can easily use VLOOKUPs, filters, and Pivot Tables to organize and analyze data. If you know how to handle spreadsheets without getting lost, you’re perfect!
- English is a Must: We work in an international environment, so you need to be fluent in speaking and writing.
- Communication: You’re a "people person" who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, negotiate, and build relationships with partners.
- Independence: You can take a task and run with it, showing a "can-do" attitude every day.
