Head of Growth

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of marketplace growth across both demand and supply. From defining strategy to running high-velocity experiments, you’ll drive measurable impact on GMV, user acquisition, and revenue.

This is a role for someone who blends performance marketing, product thinking, and analytics into one cohesive growth engine. You’ll optimise the entire funnel end-to-end, unlock product-led growth loops, and leverage AI + automation to scale output without scaling headcount.

 

Position: Head of Growth

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy & Funnel Ownership: Design and own the end-to-end growth strategy across both buyer and supplier sides of the marketplace. Define, track, and continuously optimise core growth metrics: GMV, active users, new suppliers, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV. 

  • Growth Experimentation: Build and run a structured experimentation framework. Prioritise, test, and scale experiments across channels and funnel stages. Leverage AI tools and automation to multiply output without proportional headcount growth. 

  • Product-Led Growth: Partner closely with the Product team to identify and unlock PLG opportunities, onboarding improvements, and viral loops that drive non-linear user and revenue growth. 

  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid and organic acquisition channels (SEO/SEM, paid social, email, retargeting).  

  • Data & Analytics: Own growth analytics: build dashboards, monitor cohort behaviour, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Collaborate with the ML team on predictive models for churn and LTV. 

  • Marketplace Expansion: Identify strategic partnerships, integrations, and co-marketing opportunities that accelerate platform adoption. Support geographic and vertical expansion initiatives with dedicated growth plays. 

  • AI-First Operations: Champion automation-first thinking across all growth functions. Identify where AI tools and no-code/low-code solutions can replace manual processes and increase throughput. 

 

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a growth, product marketing, or digital marketing leadership role, ideally at a B2B marketplace, e-commerce platform, or high-growth tech company. 

  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth: user acquisition, conversion optimisation, or revenue growth at scale. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude), A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Hands-on experience with at least two or three growth channels: SEO/SEM, paid acquisition, email lifecycle marketing, or CRO. 

  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw, Poland. 

  • Fluency in English (C1+) — the working language of the company. 

  • Experience in two-sided marketplace or platform businesses (balancing supply and demand dynamics) is a strong asset. 

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based personalization, product-led growth (PLG), or growth engineering is a plus. 

  • Additional European language (German, Dutch, French) is an advantage.
